PAYMENT & DELIVERY


ORDERING

• For READY STOCKS, items will be delivered within 2-3 days after full payment made.
For PRE-ORDER, items will be delivered within 2-3 weeks after full payment made.
Kindly please drop us an email/sms to check on ready stocks.

 • We will keep you update on confirmation of your order via sms or email.

PAYMENT

• Full payment must be made within 2 days after confirmation sms/emails are sent.

• Method of payments: 
by ATM transfer/Interbanking to designated bank account (will be advised via sms/email).
by PAYPAL/VISA/MasterCard (invoice will be sent to your email to proceed on the payment - please click on the link provided in the email for payment - if you do not have PAYPAL account, please click on credit cards section to pay by cards).

PRICE & MAILING

• BAG ORGANIZERS: Price stated is per unit INCLUDES of postage cost (For delivery within Singapore only).
FASHION BAGS: Price stated is per unit EXCLUDES of postage cost. Postage cost S$2.50 via Normal Mail (For delivery within Singapore only)

• Request Registered Mail (additional S$2.24 per package up to 3 units) through sms/email to prevent lost of parcels during delivery.

• For overseas delivery, kindly please sms/email us for the postage charges.

• We will NOT BE responsible for packages lost in the mail.

EXCHANGE/RETURN

• No exchange/return of purchased products.

• All Items will be checked before delivery.

• Refund will only be made if paid item is out of stock.
